Eyebrow Tattoo/Refresher/current clients
Service Description
This service is for my eyebrows I have tattooed that need refreshing 6 months or longer from the initial tattoo appointment. All other new/first time clients please book the Initial Session.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy:  •   A deposit may be required to hold your appointment. The balance is due the day of your session prior to beginning the service.  •   A 48-hour notice is required if you must reschedule your appointment. You may only reschedule once. Your card will be charged the deposit fee if you do not show up. Showing up late may result in rescheduling or forfeiting your deposit. Please allow yourself enough time to arrive with consideration to traffic or your first time at the location, to park, use the restroom, etc. ​ •   Pricing is subject to change at any given time without notice. ​ •   You must be 18 yrs or older and not be pregnant or breast feeding/nursing. ​ •   A mandatory Touch-Up at 6 weeks is INCLUDED in the price of the 1st session. Pricing is firm WHETHER YOU SHOW UP FOR YOUR TOUCH-UP AT 6 WEEKS OR NOT.  Services are NOT split in price and price will NOT be reduced, adjusted, discounted or refunded in any way.  •   Additional charges will apply to any further changes during your Touch-Up at 6 weeks appointment that were not discussed during your initial appointment (there may be several reasons why I may not be able to achieve the desired look you are going for).  •   I will not be able to proceed with the session if you arrive coughing/sneezing, have a raised temperature or seem ill or have any contraindications or have problematic skin around the procedure area (pimples, blemishes, irritated skin, sunburn, extremely thin skin, etc.) and will Forfeit your deposit.  •   If you have a serious medical condition, you must have prior approval and clearance along with a doctor’s note stating the condition and the clearance to proceed with cosmetic tattooing.  I will need time to confirm the doctor's note before your appointment can be booked. My Bella V will not be held accountable.
