This Free 30 minute Consultation is for IN-PERSON visits only at My Bella V in Boca Raton Florida. This consultation will help determine what service is needed for your skin for a future appointment or if you are interested in Semi-Permanent Eyebrow Tattoos. NO SERVICES will be performed during the Consultation. Booking & Cancellation Policy: * this is a FREE Consultation IN-PERSON at My Bella V in Boca Raton, Florida. This is a very brief consult. If you would prefer a Free Consultation over the phone instead, please text or call Bonnie at 561-938-4685, or you may email her at mybellav@gmail.com * By Booking this Free Consultation appointment, you agree to arrive on time and have clean skin with no makeup on in order for Bonnie to address your skin concerns. * NO SERVICES will be performed during the Free Consultation, other than possibly a Skin Analysis if needed or an evaluation of your eyebrows if you are there to be consulted for Semi-Permanent Eyebrow Tattoo.  •   A deposit may be required to hold your appointment time. The balance will then be returned to you after completion of the Consultation.  •   A 48-hour notice is required if you must reschedule your appointment. You may only reschedule once. Your card will be charged the deposit fee if you do not show up. Showing up late may result in rescheduling or forfeiting your deposit. Please allow yourself enough time to arrive with consideration to traffic or your first time at the location, to park, use the restroom, etc.​ •   Pricing is subject to change at any given time without notice.​ •   Please note, I will not be able to proceed with the Free Consultation if you arrive coughing/sneezing, have a raised temperature or seem ill and will Forfeit your deposit and scheduled appointment.
